My how the lines have been blurred. With all the serious accusations against GMO producers like Monsanto, for their ill effects on public health, it’s a seemingly suicidal industry to join. Or Is It?

Hampton Creek Foods has taken that step, and not only are they openly combining science and culinary expertise, they are selling it as the ‘better’ product. Their first line of product? EGGS…Yes, the incredible edible egg! Using the poor the conditions of the average American chicken farm as their platform of opposition, they have reasearched 11 vegetables capable of replacing eggs.
