Amezaiku is the Japanese art of lollipop-making. Dating back to the 700’s when artisans made delicious and artistic lollipops to be presented as gifts, Amezaiku is a craft practiced professionally by very few. Shinri Tezuka is a 26 year old artist who understands the importance of tradition and continues to give life to practices. Below is a gallery of a few of his recent pieces.
