With all the endangered animals that are seemingly on ‘death row’ lately, its quite refreshing to hear that we (humans) are discovering new ones! The Maratus Personatus is said to look almost Alien, and quite fittingly was found in the birthplace of some of the world’s scariest creatures, Australia. They are a big hit in the spider community these days, as they use their bright colors to attract mates, and throw their arms in the air because they absolutely love to party, and its their mating dance/ritual.
