They say 69 was a good year. My, how times have changed, but then again, Not Really. Flared or Bell Bottom pants may take a little longer to make their revolution around the fashion timeline, but printed tights, semi gaudy jewelry, bright colors, and simple almost DIY creations, are still all the rage.
