Mindful Mediation In Elementary Schools

The University of Wisconsin-Madison is spearheading a new experiment that I hope becomes an international trend.  Teaching Mindful Mediation to elementary school children, and surprise surprise, the results are incredible!  The children are have not only become more avid self starters in the classroom, but they have an enhanced ability to focus, and are expressing themselves with increased levels of humbled awareness.
